“We stayed here for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience. Clear check in instructions were provided well in advance. The coffee machine and iron in our room had some issues and when highlighted we were immediately moved to a different room. Response to queries and overall service was great. 5 minutes walk from St.George as well as Bay station, so location is very convenient. We chose not to bring our car along so no hassles with parking. Will recommend if you are looking for a stay downtown that's well connected to public transport”

“What a great room and view and it has everything me and my family needed for quick vacation in Toronto and near many places and metro station. Everything on the inside of room was good and well laided out and using any of appliances was intuitive. Good hot showers. Our air BNB host was great and helped us understand how to use elevator and front door with the key fob. My only complaint is real front door is off on side and one on main Street is like a back door. But Google maps doesn't know that so it took bit to get inside hotel/air BNB.”
